- One of only 17 Illinois Community Foundations chosen to participate in the Communityworks matching fund initiative to establish a permanent endowment that will focus on childcare, work force and land use and protection.
- Among the first 200 Community Foundations to earn the National Standards Seal from the Council on Foundations for attaining the highest standards of grant making integrity and standards.
