Jill Arnold Blickhan, Executive Director                           Email: execdir@mycommunityfoundation.org   Jill has served as the Executive Director of the Community Foundation since October 2001. Prior to coming to the Community Foundation, she spent many years working in the tri-states for not-for-profits as an executive director, development director, and in public relations, in higher education serving in admissions, alumni relations, and public relations in northeast Missouri and Kansas, and began her career teaching secondary English, journalism and psychology in northwest Iowa. She attended the National Planned Giving Institute through the College of William and Mary and is a member of the Midwest Planned Giving Association. Jill was raised in Fowler, Illinois, graduated from Culver-StocktonCollege in Canton, Missouri, and did some graduate coursework at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. She and her husband have three sons.     Amy Meyer Lehenbauer, Program Coordinator Email: grants@mycommunityfoundation.org Amy joined the staff of the Community Foundation of the Quincy Area in July 2009 after seven years of experience in nonprofit management and development. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management and is active in the American Business Women’s Association, Zion Lutheran Church and other nonprofit organizations.  Originally from Pike County, Missouri, Amy and her husband reside on the family farm near Hannibal, Missouri.     Rachel Reynolds, Administrative Assistant                          Email: secretary@mycommunityfoundation.org   Rachel joined the staff of the Community Foundation of the Quincy Area in August 2010. She has five years experience as an administrative professional in the financial industry. Rachel attended Northern Kentucky University and studied Business Administration. She has been active in many initiatives to support education and the elderly in her community.   Rachel is a recent transplant from the greater Cincinnati area and has settled with her three daughters in Ewing, Missouri.
