Why I serve on the Board of Directors...
"I
was born and raised in the Quincy area. It is a great place to raise a
family, and I want it to be an even better place for my children and
their children. The Community Foundation is an excellent vehicle to use
to accomplish that goal because we can establish permanent funds that
can be utilized to maintain and improve those elements of our society
that make this region a great place to raise a family."
Mike Bickhaus
"I
am truly excited about the
direction the Community Foundation is taking. I appreciate the
opportunity to serve an organization that has and will continue to
assist so many nonprofits, benefit future generations, and play a
significant role in improving the quality of life in the area. As a
lifetime resident of Quincy with many family members in the area, this
is extremely important to me."
